Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry. As an Entry-Level Auto Technician, you are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will perform light maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring they meet the high standards set by Carvana. You will conduct initial inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed during the reconditioning process. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our vehicle offerings. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company.
