Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player who is eager to start your career in the automotive industry. As a Lot Attendant, you understand the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they are ready for customer delivery. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to take on the responsibilities of this entry-level role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle meets the high standards of Carvana. Additionally, you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your coordination with fellow employees will be crucial to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential with a competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases every three months as part of our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, allowing you to progress from $15/hr to $16/hr within your first year.
