You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your expertise in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair. Your skills include repairing creases and body lines, as well as handling larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.

You are familiar with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in the automotive repair industry, ensuring that you can provide high-quality service in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You understand the importance of continuous learning and are open to participating in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
