You are a skilled Diesel Technician with a passion for maintaining and repairing Class 8 trucks and trailers. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to take on the responsibilities that come with this role. What you'll do

As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our Class 8 fleet. You will perform maintenance and repairs on day cabs and trailers, all under manufacturer warranty, which means you will focus on preventative maintenance and minor repairs rather than major overhauls. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations.

You will work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm, allowing for a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. You will also have access to a $500 annual tool allowance to keep your equipment up-to-date and a $100 boot allowance every six months to ensure you have the right gear for the job. Additionally, Carvana offers ASE certification reimbursement and tuition reimbursement programs to support your professional development.
