Who you are

You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You are comfortable operating a computer and using company-issued tablets and mobile devices. You are detail-oriented and capable of following safety standards while managing inventory vehicles.

You are eager to learn and grow in your role, with opportunities to earn certifications that can increase your hourly wage. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace and are committed to meeting processing and quality standards.

What you'll do

As a Logistics Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for various tasks related to staging and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport. You will use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot any inventory location issues. Your role will involve accurately receiving, organizing, locating, and staging inventory vehicles on the lot.

You will conduct multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and complete inspection reports accurately. Maintaining the lot and workspace areas will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that safety and processing standards are consistently met. You will also safely operate company-owned vehicles and fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
