You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Your strong communication skills allow you to interact effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture. What you'll do
As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will access panels and apply glue-pulling techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality repairs.
