Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of automotive issues. Your expertise spans from light maintenance to heavy engine work, showcasing your versatility in the field. You are skilled in diagnosing and repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles, which is increasingly important in today's automotive landscape. You are familiar with performing repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores, ensuring that you can address a wide range of customer needs. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives you to deliver exceptional service in every repair you undertake.
What you'll do
As a Master Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a full range of automotive repairs on all makes and models. This includes everything from general maintenance tasks to complex repairs, ensuring that each vehicle meets our high standards of quality. You will diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, which may involve working on electric and hybrid vehicles, reflecting the evolving nature of the automotive industry. Your role will also involve completing repairs for critical components such as wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems, ensuring that vehicles are safe and comfortable for our customers. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to a modern and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that support your professional growth and skill development as Carvana continues to expand.
