Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to manage inventory and source automotive parts. This role requires at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Your background equips you to effectively manage inventory and communicate with dealers and suppliers, ensuring that the parts department runs smoothly and efficiently.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, which are essential for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts. Your ability to manage parts returns and general inventory will contribute to the overall success of the team. You understand the importance of accurate record-keeping and reconciliation of payments for parts, ensuring that all transactions are handled with precision.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory of automotive parts. You will be responsible for sourcing and ordering parts, ensuring that we have the necessary components to meet customer demands. Your communication skills will be vital as you interact with dealers and suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions.

In addition to sourcing, you will manage parts returns and oversee general inventory management. This includes keeping accurate records and reconciling payments for parts, which is essential for maintaining financial accuracy within the department. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to a modern and efficient work environment.
