What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals, which will require you to monitor team performance closely and implement strategies for improvement. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, providing guidance and support as needed. Your ability to engage and motivate your team will be crucial in achieving production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

You will also play a key role in identifying areas of opportunity within your team, using your insights to develop training programs and coaching sessions that enhance team performance. Regularly assessing team strengths and weaknesses will allow you to tailor your management approach to meet the unique needs of each team member. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the Inspection Center operates smoothly and that all vehicles are prepared for sale in a timely manner.
