You have at least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in the automotive repair field. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's standards for excellence.

What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing dents on vehicles, ensuring that each repair is completed to the highest standards. You will utilize your knowledge of glue-pulling techniques and panel access methods to effectively address various dent sizes and types. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the Inspection Center.
You will also participate in ongoing training programs designed to enhance your skills and keep you updated on the latest PDR techniques and tools. Your ability to adapt and learn will be crucial as you take on new challenges and responsibilities within the team. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good condition and readily available for use.
