Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience β you understand the intricacies of accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to the mission of Carvana and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
Desirable
Experience with high-tech tools and working in a fast-paced automotive environment is a plus. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, and you appreciate the value of training programs that enhance your skills and pay as you progress.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on vehicles, ensuring that you maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work in one of our state-of-the-art Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to deliver exceptional results. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to meet the demands of our growing business, which may include working overtime to ensure timely service delivery. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you advance your skills and career within the company.
