Carvana is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Leadership Recruiting to manage full life-cycle talent acquisition for their Operations teams. You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for leadership roles. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of attracting top-tier talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. What you'll do

In this role, you will perform full-cycle recruiting for various leadership positions within Carvana’s Operations teams. You will act as a direct extension of hiring leaders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can effectively communicate them to potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process, all while maintaining a stellar candidate experience. You will leverage your experience to develop proactive recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure alignment with company goals. You will also participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Carvana's reputation as an employer of choice.
