What you'll do
In this role, you will perform full-cycle recruiting for various leadership positions within Carvanaβs Operations teams. You will act as a direct extension of hiring leaders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can effectively communicate them to potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process, all while maintaining a stellar candidate experience. You will leverage your experience to develop proactive recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure alignment with company goals.
