You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair. Your skills extend to repairing creases and body lines, as well as handling larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Your background in automotive repair has equipped you with the technical skills necessary to excel in a high-tech environment, utilizing state-of-the-art tools in Carvana's Inspection Centers. You are eager to contribute to a fast-growing company and are open to continuous learning and development opportunities.

What you'll do
