You understand the complexities of managing a distributed workforce across multiple countries and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with it. You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with executive leadership to align People strategies with business goals.

What you'll do

As the Chief People Officer at Caseware, you will lead the People & Culture strategy for a globally distributed workforce. You will define and implement HR policies and practices that support the company's growth and align with its values. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment efforts to attract top talent, developing employee engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across various regions. You will work closely with the executive team to create a culture that fosters innovation and collaboration. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function and ensuring that employees are compensated fairly and on time. You will also lead initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
