You have a strong background in marketing operations, particularly in digital marketing and paid media campaigns. Your experience includes optimizing ad copy and aligning landing pages to drive conversions effectively. You are data-driven, with a knack for analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI and ROAS. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance marketing strategies.

You are familiar with tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics, enabling you to produce insightful performance reports that inform decision-making. Your analytical mindset allows you to test and refine marketing strategies continuously, ensuring that campaigns are not only effective but also efficient. You understand the nuances of audience targeting and are adept at optimizing campaigns to reach the right customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid search campaigns specifically for the UK market. You will collaborate with the Global Manager, Paid Media, to develop strategies that align with broader marketing goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include testing and refining ad copy, optimizing landing pages, and monitoring campaign performance closely. You will analyze data to provide actionable insights that help improve campaign effectiveness and drive high-quality conversions.

You will also produce regular performance reports that highlight key metrics and trends, allowing the team to make informed decisions about future campaigns.
