Who you are
You have a strong background in data analysis and product analytics, with experience in defining success metrics and building analytical frameworks. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the core of product development. Your analytical mindset allows you to co-design experiments that drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing Caseware's metric-driven culture. You will work closely with various teams to define success metrics that align with product goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include building analytical frameworks that support data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process. You will co-design experiments to test hypotheses and gather insights that inform product enhancements.
You will analyze data trends and user behavior to provide actionable recommendations for product improvements. Collaborating with Product and Design teams, you will ensure that data insights are integrated into the product roadmap. Your role will also involve presenting findings to stakeholders and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
