Celigo is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to drive presales excellence in the EMEA region. You'll focus on aligning strategy with go-to-market priorities and support high-priority deals. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

You are a strategic and experienced presales leader with a strong background in solution consulting. You have a proven track record of driving presales strategy and aligning it with broader go-to-market priorities. Your ability to mentor and guide teams is complemented by your expertise in navigating complex deals and influencing value propositions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure consistency and clarity in execution.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to represent the Solutions Consulting function effectively in EMEA-level planning and initiatives. Your experience in the integration and automation space equips you with the knowledge to drive technical discovery and competitive differentiation. You are passionate about empowering teams and fostering a culture of excellence in presales activities.
Desirable
Experience in the integration and automation industry is a plus, as is familiarity with iPaaS solutions. You may have a background in sales engineering or a related field, which enhances your ability to support high-priority deals and contribute to strategic planning. Your understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will help you position Celigoβs offerings effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to the presales strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring that execution is consistent and aligned with company goals. You will act as a trusted voice in defining how Celigo scales in the region, leveraging repeatable best practices to enhance performance. Your responsibilities will include serving as a strategic overlay resource on high-priority deals, collaborating with account executives and solution consultants to drive technical discovery and competitive differentiation.
You will mentor solution consultants, guiding them through complex deals and helping them develop their skills. Your influence will extend to how Celigo positions its iPaaS value proposition, ensuring that messaging is clear and impactful. You will represent the Solutions Consulting function in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
