What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Celonis, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI/ML features for our Execution Management System — your work will empower enterprises to make intelligent business decisions based on data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product managers, solution engineers, and other stakeholders to define the technical requirements and architecture for new features.

You will implement machine learning algorithms and models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable — your expertise will guide the team in best practices for model development and deployment. You will also contribute to the underlying infrastructure that supports these AI/ML features, ensuring high performance and reliability.

In this role, you will engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and be involved in monitoring and optimizing the performance of machine learning models in production.
