What you'll do

As a Senior Project Manager at Celonis, you will lead the implementation of their Process Intelligence technology for some of the largest and most strategic customers. You will be responsible for defining project outcomes and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to create compelling statements of work during the pre-sales phase.

You will also identify additional services needs for customers while engaged, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with Celonis. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping transformational customer programs that drive product adoption and satisfaction.
