You have 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, demonstrating a strong ability to take ownership of the full product lifecycle from investigation to delivery. Your expertise in Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate allows you to build robust applications that meet customer needs. You are adaptable and eager to learn new programming languages as required by business demands, showcasing your commitment to continuous improvement.

You understand the importance of maintaining project stability and security, and you are proactive in updating dependencies and implementing new standards and protocols. Your experience includes improving and automating development processes, which contributes to the overall efficiency of your team. You are also comfortable assisting Level 3 Support, investigating and resolving complex problems for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the full on-premises product lifecycle, which includes investigating, implementing, building, and delivering solutions to customers. You will support and maintain project stability and security, ensuring that the software remains reliable and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will also include implementing new standards and protocols to enhance the overall quality of the product.

You will work closely with on-premises customers, guiding them through their migration to the modern cloud-based Celonis Platform. This involves understanding their unique needs and providing tailored support to ensure a smooth transition. Your role will also focus on continuously improving the reliability of the software, which is critical for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

Additionally, you will be involved in improving and automating development processes, which will help streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. You will assist Level 3 Support in investigating and resolving complex issues, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and grow your teammates, helping to define a fun and inclusive engineering culture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the engineering practices align with the company's goals and values.
