What you'll do
As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading Truework's operations organization, which is crucial for powering verification and customer experience. You will oversee an approximately 80-person team, managing both onshore and offshore verification operations as well as customer support. Your role will involve setting strategic goals for the operations team and ensuring that they are met with high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with other departments to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. You will implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
