What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the integration of a newly acquired background check product into Checkr's existing ecosystem. You will work closely with data vendors to ensure seamless integration and develop a solid foundation for a comprehensive identity verification solution. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement integration strategies, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during the integration process.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices in software development. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the company's mission of building trusted workplaces and communities.
