You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on data products and analytics — you've successfully translated complex stakeholder needs into scalable solutions that drive business impact. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

You possess a deep understanding of data platforms and analytics, having worked closely with data engineering teams to build self-serve capabilities that enhance user experience and data trust. Your ability to manage product strategy and execution means you are comfortable owning the roadmap and prioritizing features based on stakeholder feedback and business goals.

Desirable

Experience with data foundations and insights is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that improve time-to-insight and data cycle time. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for data foundations and insights that support Chime's core products. You will partner closely with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable, self-serve data platforms and tooling that enhance the overall data experience across the organization. Your responsibilities will include embedding with cross-functional squads to translate stakeholder needs into scalable, reusable data products and solutions.

You will focus on improving time-to-insight and data cycle time for various business, product, and compliance use cases, ensuring that the data products you deliver are reliable and trusted. Your role will require effective communication with both highly technical and non-technical partners, fostering collaboration and understanding across the organization.
