You have a proven track record as a Senior Program Manager, adept at navigating ambiguity and driving impactful cross-functional initiatives. What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead a portfolio of transformative programs that are critical to Chime's strategic direction. You will partner directly with senior leaders to drive accountability and solve complex scaling initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
You will be expected to communicate clearly and effectively, turning ambiguity into actionable plans with minimal oversight. Your role will involve building influential storylines that resonate with stakeholders, helping to drive adoption and results across the organization. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and proactively planning against them, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet their objectives.
What we offer
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $138,000 and going up to $190,000, along with eligibility for bonuses and a competitive equity package.
