You are familiar with AWS and have experience in Spring and Spring Boot — you understand how to leverage cloud services to build robust applications and have a solid grasp of microservices architecture. Your proven experience in automated test development showcases your commitment to quality and your understanding of the Test Pyramid concept ensures that you write maintainable and testable code.

Your deep understanding of GIT allows you to manage code versions effectively and collaborate seamlessly with your team. You have experience with agile methodologies, which means you thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining high standards of work.

You possess advanced English communication skills — you are comfortable participating in meetings, reviewing, and writing technical documents in English, which is essential for collaborating with international teams. You are also a natural mentor, guiding and training team members to develop their skills and grow within the organization.

Desirable

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus, as it enhances your ability to deploy applications efficiently. Knowledge of AWS tools further strengthens your profile, enabling you to utilize the full potential of cloud computing in your projects.

What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at CI&T, you will be responsible for understanding customer business problems and pain points — your role will involve writing high-quality software code that addresses these challenges. You will perform code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and help solve business problems through innovative tech solutions.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model — your collaboration with designers, product managers, and other developers will be crucial in delivering successful projects. You will guide and train your team, developing successors and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your daily tasks will include participating in meetings to discuss project progress and challenges, as well as reviewing and writing technical documents in English. You will also be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
