Job Description
Who you are
You have experience as a backend developer, particularly with Java and Spring Boot, and you understand the intricacies of building scalable applications. Your familiarity with AWS is crucial, as you will be working in a modernized environment that leverages various AWS services such as S3, SNS, and ECS. You are comfortable with containerization using Docker and have a solid grasp of infrastructure as code principles, utilizing tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
You are adept at writing unit, integration, and functional tests, ensuring the quality of your code through test-driven development (TDD). Your experience includes working with MVC and MVVM architectures, and you are skilled in troubleshooting production errors, actively participating in technical discussions to refine solutions. You value code quality and are experienced in conducting code reviews to maintain high standards within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage in understanding technical requirements by participating in inceptions and technical refinements. You will be responsible for building automated tests and ensuring the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing practices. Your role will involve modernizing legacy systems, transforming them into scalable solutions that meet current technological demands. You will utilize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes.
