You have a solid background in full-stack development, with experience in both backend and frontend technologies. Your expertise in Java and Spring Boot allows you to develop robust backend services, while your skills in Angular enable you to create engaging user interfaces. You understand the importance of modernizing legacy applications and are proactive in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems effectively.

You possess strong communication skills and can interact directly with clients to gather requirements and provide effective solutions. Your experience with relational databases, such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL, equips you to handle data management tasks efficiently. You are familiar with cloud environments, preferably GCP, and understand the significance of quality code through unit testing and code reviews.

What you'll do

As a Mid Level Fullstack Developer at CI&T, you will be responsible for developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring they meet the needs of a major client in the automotive sector. You will work closely with the frontend team to enhance user interfaces using Angular, contributing to the overall user experience. Your role will involve modernizing legacy applications, which requires a keen understanding of both old and new technologies.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in planning and review meetings that utilize agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN. Your proactive approach will help in identifying issues early and resolving them collaboratively. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain high standards of code quality and participate in unit testing to ensure the reliability of the applications you develop.
