Who you are

You have a solid background in full-stack development, with experience in both backend and frontend technologies. Your expertise in Java and Spring allows you to build robust backend services, while your knowledge of Angular and TypeScript enables you to create dynamic user interfaces. You understand the importance of clean code and are committed to maintaining high standards in your work.

You are familiar with REST APIs and have experience developing and maintaining microservices that perform well under pressure. Your ability to write unit tests and conduct code reviews ensures that the software you develop is reliable and meets the highest quality standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with team members and clients to deliver effective solutions.

You have a good understanding of agile methodologies, including SCRUM and KANBAN, and you are comfortable participating in daily stand-ups, sprints, and reviews. Your experience in hybrid cloud environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure, equips you to handle deployment and integration challenges effectively.

Desirable

While not required, familiarity with tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence would be a plus. Your ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Pleno Fullstack Developer at CI&T, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications for clients in the financial sector. You will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from technical refinement and development to testing and deployment. Your role will involve collaborating with your team to propose and implement technical solutions that align with business requirements.

You will participate in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your strong communication skills will facilitate effective information exchange among team members and clients, helping to align objectives and expectations.

In addition to your development responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall architecture of microservices and assist in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines. Your experience with Azure will be valuable as you work on deploying applications in a hybrid cloud environment.
