You are a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer with a strong background in consulting and client-facing delivery environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and bring deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience. Your experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce enhances your ability to deliver impactful solutions. You are comfortable using both declarative and programmatic tools to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and enjoy supporting client engagements to shape business outcomes through effective CRM and platform automation.

You possess hands-on experience in Salesforce Core Development, where you develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types. You are adept at building automation using Flows and declarative tools, as well as API Integrations and Mulesoft. Your familiarity with code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines (such as Copado and Gearset) ensures that you adhere to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.

Your focus on Sales and Service Cloud is evident through your experience in Lead and Opportunity lifecycle management, assignment rules, and custom quote flows. You understand the intricacies of Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, and Entitlement Processes within Service Cloud. Your exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements further solidifies your expertise in delivering comprehensive Salesforce solutions.

You are also comfortable developing and customizing Experience Cloud portals with custom Lightning components. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and track delivery within a team is a key asset that enhances your contributions to projects. Any Salesforce certifications you hold, such as Platform Developer I or II, Admin & Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, are a strong plus that showcases your commitment to professional development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. You will work closely with Agile delivery squads to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to specification. Your responsibilities will include participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in Salesforce development. You will also engage in client communication to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Core Development to build automation and integrations that enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform. Your work will involve using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and various declarative tools to create efficient and effective solutions. You will also be involved in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process and ensure high-quality deliverables.

As part of the Salesforce delivery team, you will contribute to the development of Sales and Service Cloud solutions, focusing on Lead and Opportunity management, Case Management, and Omni-Channel Routing. You will also have the opportunity to work on Experience Cloud projects, customizing portals to meet client specifications. Your role will require you to stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and the solutions you provide.
