Backend Engineer • Senior

Who you are

You have advanced experience with .NET, specifically C#, and are skilled in building advanced user interfaces using React and related JavaScript libraries. Your extensive API experience is complemented by a strong understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, and you are proficient with version control tools like Git. You have experience engineering solutions for Microsoft Azure and are familiar with Microsoft Fabric. You continuously seek to expand your knowledge, improve your skills, and stay up to date with emerging technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will write, test, debug, and optimize code that meets business requirements while adhering to established patterns and practices. You will author unit tests that comply with code coverage guidelines and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations. You will proactively solicit feedback from peers while mentoring and coaching junior engineers, ensuring that you communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical documentation to support the development process.
