Who you are

You have over 5 years of backend engineering experience, particularly in Java, and have a strong understanding of software development processes. You are a technical reference in software projects, capable of performing detailed technical refinements and managing code quality effectively. Your experience includes working with both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring that you can handle diverse data storage needs. You are familiar with version control systems like Git and SVN, which are essential for collaborative development. You understand the importance of CI/CD tools and have implemented them in your previous projects to streamline deployment processes.

You are well-versed in best practices and design patterns, which allows you to create maintainable and scalable software solutions. Your knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices ensures that you deliver robust applications. You have experience with Docker and Docker Compose, enabling you to create containerized applications that are easy to deploy and manage. You are also familiar with RESTful APIs, which are crucial for building modern web applications. Your experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, has equipped you with the skills to work effectively in fast-paced environments and lead teams towards successful project completion.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading software development projects that leverage AI technologies. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key as you provide guidance and solutions to complex problems. You will also be involved in mentoring junior developers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of best practices in software development. As part of your responsibilities, you will ensure that the software solutions you develop adhere to design patterns and principles such as SOLID and Clean Architecture.
