You have a strong grasp of REST APIs and are familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Your experience with CI/CD practices ensures that you can contribute to efficient development workflows. You are proactive in identifying issues and have a macro view of business needs, which helps you align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience with automated testing and familiarity with Websphere will set you apart. If you have a background in architecture design, that would be a significant advantage as well. You are someone who enjoys mentoring others and helping them grow in their technical capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team at CI&T, where your primary mission will be to develop and refine technical solutions across various scenarios. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure high-quality delivery for clients, tackling daily challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Your role will involve hands-on development, where you will implement solutions that leverage your expertise in Java, Angular, and Node.js.

You will also be responsible for enhancing the team's knowledge base by organizing training sessions and dojos, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of the solutions provided to clients, and you will play a key role in ensuring that the team meets its delivery commitments. You will work in the Region Metropolitana de Campinas, where your presence in the office will be required according to the company's attendance policy.
