Who you are
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented Data Analyst with a strong focus on strategy. You have previous experience in data analysis, ideally in a strategic role, and are familiar with data visualization tools, particularly Amazon QuickSight and Athena. Your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to interpret complex data effectively, ensuring the integrity and quality of information.
You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to translate data into meaningful insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your ability to analyze customer behavior patterns helps identify opportunities for improving customer retention and reducing churn. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop strategies accordingly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for structuring and optimizing data collection processes, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information gathered. You will develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight, providing actionable insights to the team. Collaborating with different departments, you will translate their data needs into effective customer retention strategies. You will analyze customer behavior patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
