What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Cision, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the scope and context of sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing sales performance analyses, as well as reporting on the outcomes to ensure that sales objectives are achieved for accounts of small to medium market value. You will work alongside internal teams to align strategies and drive growth for your assigned accounts.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for account expansion and developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide insights that can help them achieve their goals. You will also contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing best practices and collaborating on initiatives that drive performance.
