Your hands-on experience with data pipeline technologies like Spark and Flink showcases your ability to handle complex data integrations. You are proficient with our technology stack, including React, TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, and you have a good understanding of the AWS platform. You are a pragmatic problem solver focused on delivering impactful customer experiences and have demonstrated personal and professional maturity in your previous roles.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product features on time. Your excitement for integrating the latest LLMs into products reflects your commitment to innovation and staying ahead in the tech landscape. You possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, which enable you to navigate challenges effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are second nature to you, allowing you to educate and guide future engineers in your technology stack.

What you'll do

As a Staff Platform Engineer at Clarify, you will join our engineering team and work closely with our founders on zero-to-one experiences. You will be responsible for making foundational technical design decisions and owning a large engineering scope. Your role will involve designing and developing high-quality product software while driving architectural decisions and overseeing the full product delivery life cycle for new platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and work with the team to build data integrations with various tools in the ecosystem.

You will partner with our founders on the strategy of our customer-facing experiences, contributing to the overall vision of the company. Writing technical documentation and contributing to internal processes will be part of your responsibilities, as will establishing standards and best practices for engineering. Your high ownership over technical decisions and direction will help shape the future of our platform.
