What you'll do

As the Assistant Shop Manager at CleanSpark, you will support the Hardware Repair Manager in overseeing daily shop operations — this includes managing personnel, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that technicians have the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace, fostering an environment that encourages productivity and teamwork.
