You have a strong background in data science with hands-on experience in designing and deploying statistical and machine learning models. Your expertise in Python allows you to blend engineering craft with modeling expertise, enabling you to translate complex data into actionable insights. You are familiar with modern machine learning tools and have a passion for optimizing user experiences through data-driven decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.
Desirable
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. You have a keen interest in the latest advancements in machine learning and are eager to apply them in practical scenarios. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will evolve CLEAR’s predictive modeling ecosystem by designing, training, and optimizing statistical and machine learning models that support various teams including product, risk, fraud, operations, and member experience. You will be responsible for building and operationalizing models that help CLEAR understand and predict user behavior, delivering insights that scale across the digital identity platform. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experiences and driving business outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the models you develop are effectively integrated into CLEAR’s systems. This includes conducting experiments to validate model performance and iterating on your designs based on feedback and results. You will also be involved in mentoring junior data scientists and sharing best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
