What you'll do

As the Vice President of DevOps, you will own the technical and operational requirements for Clear Street's self-clearing business line in Canada. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support securities operations functions, ensuring that all processes align with the company's strategic goals.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering and operations, to implement effective controls and procedures that mitigate operational risks. Your role will involve overseeing integrations and enhancements that contribute to a frictionless experience for clients and internal users.

You will also be responsible for driving automation initiatives that streamline processes and reduce redundancy. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will ensure that the DevOps team is equipped to handle the demands of a modern brokerage ecosystem.
