Who you are
You are a highly skilled Staff AI Engineer with extensive experience in building and maintaining AI platforms. Your expertise in large language models (LLMs) and orchestration software enables you to design robust systems that empower users to create sophisticated intelligent agents. You have a strong background in backend development and a passion for pioneering AI technologies that shape the future of work.
You possess a deep understanding of AI and its applications, particularly in multi-agent frameworks. Your ability to integrate and work with multiple LLMs ensures seamless orchestration and scalability for both individual and coordinated agent operations. You are adept at leveraging orchestration frameworks like LangGraph to build complex workflows that support diverse agent functionalities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain a platform that allows users to create and manage AI agents and their interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets user needs and integrates effectively with existing systems. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable solutions that enhance the capabilities of AI agents, as well as optimizing performance and reliability.
