What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire Accounts Receivable process, from invoicing to cash application. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all invoicing is accurate and compliant with contract terms. Your responsibilities will include monitoring accounts for discrepancies, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. You will also analyze cash flow trends and provide insights to help optimize the company's financial performance.

You will play a key role in improving the efficiency of the Order-to-Cash process, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial as you collaborate with sales, customer support, and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You will also assist in preparing reports and metrics to track the performance of the A/R function, providing valuable insights to management.
