What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to help customers adopt Cloudflare's SASE/SSE solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for the product team. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive product improvements based on feedback. You will also engage in training and support for customers to maximize their use of Cloudflare's products.
