What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include training, coaching, and developing Robot Specialists, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet performance expectations.
You will enforce Cobot and customer safety policies, ensuring all team members are properly trained and follow procedures. Your role will involve documenting and reporting any incidents promptly, maintaining a safe working environment for everyone. By identifying areas for process improvement, you will implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
