What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of overseeing daily shift operations, ensuring seamless compliance with company policies and procedures while leading and inspiring your team. You will conduct team meetings to communicate goals, review progress, and address any operational challenges that arise. Your responsibilities will include training, coaching, and developing Robot Specialists, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet performance expectations.

You will enforce Cobot and customer safety policies, ensuring all team members are properly trained and follow procedures. Your role will involve documenting and reporting any incidents promptly, maintaining a safe working environment for everyone. By identifying areas for process improvement, you will implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
