What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing prompts for Cohere’s Command model, ensuring that they perform effectively across diverse customer agents and use cases. You will collaborate closely with enterprise engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions tailored to sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. Your role will involve guiding engineers in the development and evaluation of custom tools, ensuring they align with client requirements and enhance overall performance.

You will also play a key role in shaping how enterprises harness AI securely, acting as a vital link between the North platform and engineering teams. Your insights will help drive the adoption of AI solutions that are not only innovative but also reliable and secure. You will be expected to contribute to the overall strategy of AI deployment within the company, ensuring that the solutions provided meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
