What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Billing Operations & Strategy team at Coinbase, overseeing the entire billing lifecycle from invoice generation to collections. You will drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as the company scales. You will collaborate closely with other teams to align billing operations with broader company goals and objectives. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

You will participate in company-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy of the organization. Your role will require you to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance the billing experience for both the company and its customers.
