What you'll do

As the TMS Compliance Lead Analyst, you will take ownership of end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations, ensuring that all processes adhere to regulatory standards. You will work closely with the CX Compliance team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that Coinbase remains compliant with all relevant regulations. Your role will involve analyzing transaction data, conducting thorough investigations, and providing insights to improve compliance operations.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies that align with Coinbase's mission. This includes collaborating with various teams across the organization to foster a culture of compliance and accountability. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance operations, ensuring that the company meets its regulatory obligations while delivering high-quality outcomes.
