What you'll do

As the Operations Manager for Coinbase Canada, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring that product and regulatory operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for service delivery, technology oversight, and managing outsourcing relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the company's strategic goals. You will also participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment among team members.

You will be expected to analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with the product and technology teams to ensure that operational needs are met and that the company can adapt to the rapidly changing landscape of the crypto industry. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure will be crucial to your success in this role.
