What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team, which is dedicated to creating programs that enhance how Coinbase employees connect and collaborate. You will ensure that in-person participation is intentional and well-organized, facilitating team and company-wide offsites that foster alignment and connection among employees. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as implementing programs that support a remote-first culture while also valuing in-person interactions.

You will work closely with various teams across the organization to identify and address the hardest problems facing the company. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring that every program aligns with Coinbase's mission and values. You will also be involved in piloting innovative solutions, such as AI interview intelligence platforms, to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
