Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in test development. You are proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go, and possess strong programming skills that enable you to develop effective automation test scripts. Your familiarity with common automation testing frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Robot Framework allows you to optimize testing processes effectively.

You understand the importance of API testing and have experience using tools such as Postman and RestAssured. Your database testing capabilities include working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, which enhances your ability to ensure comprehensive test coverage. You are experienced in performance testing and stress testing, and you have a keen eye for detail when it comes to analyzing test data and tracking software defects.

You are self-motivated and keep up with the latest industry technology trends, exploring and implementing new testing tools and methods to improve the testing process. Your ability to participate in product architecture design reviews and provide optimization suggestions from a testing perspective demonstrates your commitment to improving system testability and stability.

Desirable

Experience in testing large-scale Internet and high-concurrency systems is a plus. Familiarity with security testing, containerized testing using Docker or Kubernetes, and AI-based automation testing will set you apart. You may have participated in or led the development of testing tools or platforms, and your contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs showcase your passion for the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and quality. You will design, develop, and optimize automation test scripts that cover various scenarios, including functional testing, API testing, and performance testing. Your participation in constructing the testing platform will be crucial as you work to optimize CI/CD processes and enhance the role of automation testing in the development process.

You will develop reasonable testing strategies aligned with business requirements, write test cases, and conduct test execution and defect management. Analyzing test data, locating and tracking software defects, and driving the rapid resolution of issues will be key responsibilities. You will also participate in product architecture design reviews, providing optimization suggestions from a testing perspective to improve system testability and stability.

Keeping up with the latest industry technology trends, you will explore and implement new testing tools and methods to ensure that the testing process remains efficient and effective. Your contributions will help shape the quality assurance practices within the organization, ensuring that products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.
