Who you are
You have extensive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the technology or cryptocurrency sectors. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with the CEO, providing insights that drive decision-making and accelerate growth. You are adept at analyzing financial data and translating it into actionable strategies that enhance company performance. Your communication skills enable you to present complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech space is a plus, as is a strong understanding of tax compliance and portfolio tracking. Familiarity with venture capital and fundraising processes will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Head of Finance at CoinTracker, you will lead the finance function, working closely with the CEO to shape the company's financial strategy. You will be responsible for developing financial models that inform pricing, partnership economics, and channel performance. Your insights will help identify growth levers and optimize customer unit economics. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring that the company remains on track to meet its financial goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
What we offer
CoinTracker provides a competitive salary range of $240,000 - $280,000, along with equity options.
