You have a strong background in user research, with experience in conducting strategic research initiatives that drive product decisions. Your expertise in research methodologies allows you to gather insights that inform company strategy and enhance user experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at communicating findings to diverse stakeholders, ensuring that insights are democratized across the organization.
You are passionate about the cryptocurrency space and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Your ability to develop personas and optimize pricing strategies will directly influence the direction of CoinTracker's products. You are comfortable working in a globally distributed team and are adept at building systems that streamline research operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead 8-10 strategic research initiatives that span various aspects of the business, including pricing optimization and brand positioning. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that research findings are integrated into the product development process. Your work will help shape the future of CoinTracker, enabling the organization to make evidence-based decisions with confidence.
You will also focus on building a robust research operations foundation, creating systems that facilitate the collection and dissemination of insights across the organization. Your contributions will empower the entire product organization to leverage research in their decision-making processes, ultimately enhancing the user experience and driving growth.
What we offer
CoinTracker offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 USD, along with equity in the company. You will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and generous PTO.
